Paul Mayor, Partner
Prior to co-founding N-1 Technologies, Mr. Mayor was with Comdisco, Inc., as a Portfolio Manager in the Financial Management Division where he managed over $1.5B in leased assets. Mr. Mayor has 14 years experience in leasing. As partner of N-1 Technologies, he is responsible for setting investment strategies in equipment markets as well as managing to the profitability of the overall portfolio. Mr. Mayor’s comprehensive Portfolio Management experience allows N-1 Technologies to diversify its product offering and maintain a sound investment track record across multiple lease platforms. Mr. Mayor holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from Purdue University. Mr. Mayor sits on the Partnership Board of H.A.V.E. Dreams (helping autistic voices emerge).
