Len Neuzil, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Len Neuzil is the former Executive Vice President and Corporate Information Officer for The Options Clearing Corporation ("OCC"), a clearinghouse for stock options transactions. OCC is owned by the American Stock Exchange, the Chicago Board Options Exchange, the Pacific Exchange, the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and the International Securities Exchange and serves a customer base of approximately 144 clearing member firms, nation-wide. OCC guarantees its trade clearing and settlement processing and has achieved a "AAA" rating from the
Standard & Poor's Corporation.
Mr. Neuzil oversaw all technology operations at OCC. He joined OCC in 1981 and has held management responsibility for systems development, data center operations, software, hardware, telecommunications, information security, disaster recovery, business continuity and national operations.
Prior to his tenure with OCC, Mr. Neuzil worked in various information technology and management positions at the
IBM Corporation, Continental Illinois National Bank,
Time Incorporated and Montgomery Ward / Signature Financial Marketing.
Mr. Neuzil's professional affiliations comprise the Securities Industry Association, the Executive Club of Chicago, The Economic Club of Chicago, Chicago Research & Planning Group, Disaster Recovery Journal, The Security Board, Norex, Systems Information Management and Data Processing Management Association.
Mr. Neuzil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and is a graduate of Northwestern University's Graduate School of Business – Executive Masters Program, Kellogg Management Institute.
