Intra-Term Margin Events
Our portfolio Management team has managed more than $5 billion in leased assets. We are very skilled in managing both financial and technological events that create unique situations to re-structure leases in mid-term or prior to lease expiration. This will drive incremental margin or reduce risk in a portfolio. Examples of such events are:

End of Term Management
N-1 Capital will outsource the inventory management and equipment remarketing for all equipment returned at the end of a lease or from default situations. This includes receiving the equipment, auditing (bill back for missing parts), storage, and remarketing services using our direct, retail sales force. In addition, we will also dispose of worthless equipment according to the most recent environmental and legal parameters.
