Timothy Small, Senior Managing Director
Prior to joining N-1 Technologies where he leads the investment part of the business, Mr. Small worked for twenty years as an investment banker responsible for the global coverage of Financial Institutions and the Finance or Credit Subsidiaries of the leading Industrial and Technology Companies.
Tim has completed assignments in North America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Small’s transaction list includes capital raising, M&A, restructuring, traditional financing (e.g., debt capital markets and asset backed securities) and principal finance assignments for clients such as CIT, Comdisco, Ford Motor Credit, GMAC, Grosvenor, Harley Davidson, IBM Global Finance, John Deere Credit and MBIA.
Mr. Small earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Masters in Business from the University of Chicago.
